Welcome to Sexy Boundaries!

I created this program in honor of my sister, who's death was directly linked to the domestic violence she was experiencing. If I can help anyone's mother, sister or daughter avoid an abusive relationship, I'll have achieved my goal in creating awareness of abuse and it's many forms.

My belief is that an "ounce of prevention, is worth a pound of cure" as Ben Franklin once stated. If I can teach others how to identify what distinguishes abuse from a healthy relationship, my hope is that more people will be able to leave abusive relationships earlier, instead of waiting or wishing for the abuser to change.

Creating and enforcing boundaries is one of the first steps to achieve an "abuse free" relationship.
